What is Frankenstein?

A sled made from an old pair of skis in the basement. The challenge was coming up with a way to make it "steerable."  A few crude sketches and 45 minutes of table saw + drill press time (thanks Pat!) resulted in the basic components for Frankenstein.  There was also the requisite run to Home Depot for a few additional items - door hinges and wood screws. The contraption held together on the maiden voyage at Kensington Park and was deemed safe for the kids.
